Lucrèce Dossou Founder & Managing Partner

Lucrèce Dossou is a global investor and capital allocator who leads the firm’s investment strategy, acquisitions, and financial activities. Her approach is grounded in institutional rigor, shaped by international experience across North America, Europe, and Africa, including managing diversified portfolios for a prominent family office platform. She serves on the Board of the Investments & Wealth Institute Foundation. Lucrèce holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard University and completed graduate studies in Real Estate Development & Finance at Georgetown University.

Felipe Ernst Co-Investor & Managing Partner

Felipe Ernst is a real estate investor, operator, and developer with a proven track record in value-add multifamily investments. As the founder of Vertically Integrated Platform Capitol Rock, he has overseen the acquisition, development, and management of over 2,300 residential units. A licensed broker and Class A General Contractor, Felipe previously worked within KPMG’s technology enablement group advising Fannie Mae. He has been recognized as a "Rising Star of Commercial Real Estate" and currently serves as faculty at Georgetown University, teaching value-add multifamily investing.
